30-Day Agent Challenge
We train every delegate to use and customise agents that save them time and produce more work.
But training is just the start. At the end of the course, we give them our best work: The 30-Day Agent.
Note: This uses Microsoft Copilot Agents (chatbots built into M365), not "Agentic AI" (autonomous software).
Why this is unique: We are the only provider that builds a custom AI Agent to live in your team's chat. It actively coaches them, reminds them of the rules, and helps them build the habit. It turns the "training day" into a "training month."
Testing and Exploration
Goal: Zero-Risk EngagementThe "Blank Page" is the enemy. In Week 1, the agent provides low-stakes, high-success prompts designed to get the user comfortable opening the sidebar.
We don't ask for "big wins" yet. We just ask them to start the engine.
Adding personal wins
Goal: Private ProductivitySkeptics fear looking foolish. We don't ask them to "share" yet. Instead, the Agent helps them complete one tedious task (like minutes or drafting) in half the time.
They get the result, they look good to their boss, but they build confidence privately.
The agent creates habits
Goal: Trigger-Action ReflexNovelty wears off; habits stick. The Agent stops exploring and starts hard-wiring reflexes.
"Every time you receive an angry email → Paste it here first." We move from general use to specific, repeatable workflows.
embedding the wins
Goal: IndependenceThe Coach steps back. Instead of suggesting tasks, it asks strategic questions: "You have a meeting at 2pm. Which agent will you use to prep?"
This ensures the user isn't just following instructions, but is ready to operate independently.
Next Step: For Power Users
People often start our course with no idea what "agents" are. By the end, they often get back in touch asking for more high-quality templates. That is why we created the "Build Day"—an in-depth workshop where we create complex, custom agents with your team.
