Microsoft Copilot training for Law Firms
Practical training to reduce non-billable admin, improve drafting consistency, and safely integrate AI into legal workflows. Delivered by qualified legal professionals.
We Speak "Billable Units"
Your trainer is a qualified legal professional. They understand the SRA Code of Conduct, Client Privilege, and the pressure of 6-minute units.
We don't teach "tech." We teach how to use Copilot to clear the admin backlog so you can focus on high-value advisory work.
Specific Legal Upgrades
This version of the course adds three specific agents built to handle the heavy lifting of legal documentation without compromising accuracy.
Safety: The "Privilege" Line
We teach a strict Red / Amber / Green protocol aligned with SRA guidance on AI and Client Confidentiality.
- → RED DATA Highly sensitive client specifics (Names + Financials + Case IDs). Never in open prompts.
- → AMBER DATA Anonymised clauses, precedents, general legal research. Safe within your tenant.
- → GREEN DATA Public legislation, CPR rules, marketing content. Safe everywhere.
What happens on the day?
This is a specialized version of our Core Copilot Essentials course. It uses legal scenarios (leases, NDAs, litigation correspondence) instead of generic office examples.
Morning: Risk & Hallucination
09:30 - 12:30
We cover the risks: hallucinated case law (the "Avianca" problem), data leakage, and verification. We teach staff to treat Copilot as a junior paralegal—useful, but requires supervision.
Afternoon: The Build (Legal Specific)
13:15 - 16:30
We build the specific agents listed above. Fee-earners leave with working templates for drafting, summarizing, and research.

SRA Risk Outlook: AI in Legal Services
The SRA acknowledges AI can improve access to justice and efficiency but warns heavily against "over-reliance" and lack of supervision. Our training embeds this supervision requirement into every task.
Law Society: Generative AI Guidance
The Law Society emphasizes that AI tools "do not replace professional judgement." Our course focuses on AI as a "First Draft" tool, reinforcing that the solicitor remains the final arbiter of advice.
Client Demand for Efficiency
Corporate clients are increasingly refusing to pay for junior time spent on basic administration or document review. Copilot automates these low-value tasks, protecting your margins.
