Specific Social Care Upgrades
This version of the course adds three specific agents built to handle the emotional and administrative load of modern Social Work.
Safety: The "Safeguarding" Line
We teach a strict Red / Amber / Green protocol aligned with GDPR and the protection of vulnerable people.
- → RED DATA Real names, addresses, DOBs of children or vulnerable adults. Never in open prompts.
- → AMBER DATA Anonymised case notes (e.g. "Child A"), draft care plans, internal assessments. Safe within tenant.
- → GREEN DATA Public leaflets, policy documents, general advice letters. Safe everywhere.
What happens on the day?
This is a specialized version of our Core Copilot Essentials course. It uses care scenarios (assessments, reviews, complaints) instead of corporate examples.
Morning: Ethics & Bias
09:30 - 12:30
We tackle the big worry: AI bias. We teach staff how to spot when AI is making assumptions about families and how to ensure the "human voice" always remains in the record.
Afternoon: The Build (Care Specific)
13:15 - 16:30
We build the specific agents listed above. Workers leave with working templates for summaries, chronologies, and difficult emails.
