What happens on the day?

Many training courses focus on nice features. We focus on productivity.

Start Here: This is our Foundation Course. It is the prerequisite for our industry-specific modules and advanced workshops. It ensures everyone speaks the same language and follows the same safety rules.

Part 1 – Morning: Foundations
09:30 – 11:00
Setting Expectations
Theory & Demo
We name the worries, strip out the hype, and show what Copilot actually does so people can stop guessing and start using it with a clear head.
  • Plain‑English explanation: What Copilot is, how it works, and what it cannot do.
  • Digger vs. Spoon: Copilot is a powerful tool, not a magic wand. Everyone is working the hard way (spoon), get the keys to the digger (Copilot).
  • Set‑up: Everyone signed in, in the right place, ready to work on live tasks.

Safety and instructions
Interactive Session
This is where people learn how to “talk” to Copilot and where the hard lines are on data, privacy, and nonsense answers.
  • CRISP prompting: A 5‑step structure so prompts stop being random guesses. We show you the secrets of getting high quality results.
  • Red / Amber / Green data: Clear rules on what never goes in, what needs a check, and what is safe.
  • Spotting Errors: We deliberately make Copilot get things wrong so people learn how to fix it.

Part 2 – Afternoon: The build
13:15 – 14:45
Building your first AI shortcuts
Hands-on Workshop
By now the delegates understand the basics of starting a prompt and getting results from Copilot.

We provide high quality templates for delegates to use and customise. They are programmed to be easy to use, feedback if they need anything and when shown, it's a "WOW moment".
Collaborating on AI Agents
15:00 – 16:30
Customising your AI needs
Practice & Customisation
The final part of the day is dedicated to practice and customising the templates to your specific needs, procedures and expectations.
  • Live Customisation: Tweaking the prompts to match your tone of voice.
  • Procedure Matching: Aligning the outputs with your internal document standards.
  • Q&A Surgery: Solving specific problems your team has faced.
