Home on Time.
The NHS Copilot Masterclass.
We don't train "Tech Experts." We train staff to tackle the one thing everyone hates: Paperwork.
The Reality Check
Good morning. We know you are busy. We know 'training days' often feel like they just add to your backlog.
Copilot is your new Junior Admin Assistant. It doesn’t diagnose patients. It doesn’t make clinical decisions. But it does do the typing, the sorting, and the summarising so you can actually do your job.
Raise your hand if you have ever finished a shift late because you were typing up notes? Let's fix that.
Two Core Concepts
1. The Digger Theory
Imagine digging a hospital foundation with a spoon. That is you doing manual data entry.
Copilot is a Digger. You still need to drive it, but it does the heavy lifting. We teach you how to stop spoon-digging.
2. The "Medical Student" Rule
Treat Copilot like a brand new, very keen Medical Student. It has read every textbook, but it lacks experience.
You are the Consultant. You must check its work. If it writes a letter, you sign it. We teach "Red Light / Green Light" governance so you stay safe.
